Comfortable family room with a sofa bed, nice view. the breakfast had a wide variety of food options to choose from which was awesome! the vibe was classy and sophisticated! 🌟

Marvellous location, near a Lutheran church. Efficient check-in and spotless room with 2 double beds as well as a nice view. Private parking on site provided.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is pleasant and clean, has fantastic and amazing location walk to the old town. Pleasant and incredible staff at the reception desk, did a nice job. Location: the property was right by zoo, the Altmarkt and Zwinger and the Frauenkirche.

Too cold in the room during the day. Then too hot at night. Though there was a thermosat it seemed to have no effect. breakfast was not good value.

1) bad internet while having to pay for a better connection 2) the room wasn't cleaned very well on my arrival; there were some hairs in the shower and dirt/crumbs near the desk and in the bathroom

The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and the breakfast offers a nice variety including fresh bread, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and cheese.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was just wonderful . Pity about the weather it rained for three days .

Impatient team at the reception. They have 214 rooms but have parking for only about 20 cars.... When you came with a car you must find a parking in the area, not at the hotel... Small rooms, poor breakfast...2 Elevators most of the time are accupied.... We prefered to use the stairs.....we was just so disappointed....

Excellent location for site-seeing - short walk to sight-seeing, shops and restaurants.

Rooms clean and good bathrooms but rather basic on any other details. Could have done with cable tv choices, more space in rooms, more generous hot drinks supplies, etc. Even a cold drinks/snacks machine somewhere would have been useful.

This Hotel is very close (5 min walk) from the main train station so offers easy access if travelling to Dresden by train . The room was extremely clean and a good size for European rooms.The breakfast was very good with lots of cereals ,juices ,fruits,cheese,meets,bread and tea or coffee.Lots of tables available in the dining area so no delay getting served .The Hotel held our baggage after checkout at no cost in a secure room with luggage tagged and recorded .Overall I felt this was a convient Hotel in Dresden close to the train station and a ten minute walk to the centre of the city ,surrounded by shops and tram stop and bus stop outside the door .Also a stop for the hop-on-hop-off bus which was great value and well worht doing if your time is limited in this very beautiful city.

Check in was slow as only one lady on and she was not very welcoming so did not make a great first impression for the Hotel .More signage for the hotel would make it easier to find .

The staff was polite and the place was fairly clean. Its location was indeed great and efficient, only a 5-minute walk from Old Market Square. - the bar was comfortable. - Our experience was very nice from the moment we checked in; would come there again. I had a nice stay at Holiday Inn Express Dresden City Centre. the staff was friendly and the hotel was pretty clean. It's in a great location, just a short walk from Old Market Square. the bar was cozy, and we had a pleasant experience from check-in. I would definitely stay there again.

Every thing were excellent ,the hotel building is brand new, the room is well designed,the bath room is fabulous,one thing is missing a mini bar.the staff are excellent,the location is ideal ,one point is confusing ,I payed for a double room 79euro per night at same time there was a sign by hotel entrance telling that room is for 69euro/night.

Kind and helpful staff. Impeccable clean. Pretty good breakfast. In the middle of everything - shopping and cultural targets.

No free WiFi - and strangely expensive.
